I have a crawl space that I feel could use some improvements and better insulation in my home. Also I noticed one of the rooms in the house contains a window that was not installed level. The attic and unfinished storage area upstairs is my biggest concern. Especially the storage area because it goes over my deck which has holes in it for ventilation. Because of this however, I can feel cold air drafts coming into the room where this is located.

My 1750 sq.ft.ranch was built in 1952. Wood structure. outside with cedar shakes.I blew in some cellulose, in the front walls, but never finished . the house has 0 rvalue. What is the cost per sq. ft. The heating and cooling costs are way too high for a house this size. can you help?
