Your Dr. Energy Saver Sales System
Not only will we get you into homes, we'll teach you how to convert these opportunities into lucrative sales! We'll train and certify your sales team of a "Doctor" and "Energy Management Technician (EMT)" to follow our 13 step, "Green Flow" sales system.
Your Doctor and EMT will perform the Dr. Energy Saver Whole Home Energy Check Up, designed to uncover how and where a home uses, loses and wastes energy and money in 10 vital areas.
What makes our system different is that we don't stop there... the Doctor prescribes and prioritizes a set of solutions that will save homeowners money... and then you will do the work! Not only will following our sales system result in more sales for you, it has a built in way for you to follow up with your new homeowner clients to provide additional services and generate more revenue over time. Finally, you'll be fully trained to perform our 14 step production process to plan and perform home energy retrofits, and provide excellent customer service to keep your new clients for life!
Your Dr. Energy Saver Training and Support System
All our franchisees will be fully trained to use our marketing, sales and production processes, and will get supporting videos and tools that explain, in simple terms, what you will do for the homeowner and the benefits they will receive. In addition to marketing and sales training, your Doctor and EMT will be given technical training that will prepare your Dr. Energy Saver team to take advantage of the booming residential energy retrofit market.
Your training will be held at Dr. Energy Saver headquarters, which houses a state-of the-art technical and testing facility. Our trainees have decades of experience in the HVAC, remodeling, waterproofing and building science trades, and most importantly, in building successful contractor businesses focused on serving the homeowner.
Once you get back to your place of business, we will provide ongoing marketing, sales and technical personnel to answer your questions as you launch and run your Dr. Energy Saver business.
