Jose performs installation work for energy retrofits, including but not limited to air sealing, insulation, radiant barrier, duct repair, HVAC/R and related equipment, hot water heaters, windows, doors and other energy related products. Jose can identify and solve problems that might impede the completion of work within budgeted time. Jose provides feedback/suggestions to supervisors, salespeople, and others on ways to improve quality and reduce costs. Jose completes approved repairs/improvements in a timely manner.
