Hi, my name is Ann! I have been working at Complete Home Solutions for almost a year now. 

Being a Home Comfort Customer Care Specialist, I get to help you, the customer. I am one of the first voices you hear! I manage all incoming and outbound calls that happen in the day and help with the scheduling of your inital appointments. I used to work at a daycare so I'm used to my days being hetic and different every day. I have learned time managements skills to help me make sure that things run smoothly. My favorite thing about working a Complete Home Solutions is the familial feel. Complete Home Solutions is truly a family and I am proud to be apart of it. 

When I am not here working I attend school at West Virigina. I also love spending time with my family and friends.
