Comment: I moved into my 1st house last September. There were squirrels, mice, rats, etc. living in the attic, nesting in the fiberglass insulation. I closed off the rodent entrances, removed all attic insulation, and cleaned up the rodent mess. Before I replace the insulation, I want to have my house inspected for optimal(best return on-investment)energy improvements. I have a two-story house that was built in 1960, uses flex ductwork, and has 25-year old gas fired furnaces/AC units (3.5 ton unit downstairs, 2 ton unit upstairs). HVAC works, but not sure how efficiently. I am very interested in your expert opinion and look forward to meeting you. Please let me know if you have any questions. All the best, Jason
