The Drying Co. is proud to be recognized by our employees as a 2019 Top Workplace by Inside Business. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

We have been serving Hampton Roads & Greater Richmond families since 2002. In 2007, Steve Tetreault purchased the business and has driven its growth ever since. We specialize in Attic Insulation, Basement Waterproofing, Crawl Space Repair and Encapsulation, Duct Sealing, Concrete Lifting & Leveling, and Foundation Repair.
