Tyler Tetreault

Tyler has been with The Drying Co./ThermalTec for over 9 years. He grew up in the business and knew at a young age that he wanted to continue to be involved with the company with the goal of co-owning the business with his father, Steve Tetreault.

Tyler has been involved in many aspects of the business including Production, Sales, and Management. The business has supported Tyler’s professional growth and development through in-house training programs with topics ranging from safety to Best Building Science Practices. Outside of the office, Tyler attends regular trainings in management, entrepreneurship, products, and sales. His certifications include;

• HERS - Home Energy Rater Certification
• Earth Craft Virginia Technical Advisor
• Virginia Building Energy Analyst License
• Radon Testing Certification
• Radon Mitigation Certification

Tyler says his favorite thing about his job is “I love listening to our customers about concerns they have with their homes, then providing long-lasting solutions that will solve their problem. I also love training with our employees and improving internal processes.” His proactive problem-solving approach allows him to take on challenges and work toward a long-term solution.

Tyler is proud to work at The Drying Co. and says "I am extremely proud of how far we've come as a company. We have grown as a business, but I have also grown as an individual. In his free time, Tyler enjoys cycling (road and mountain), spending time with his family and dog, Chance, and going to the gym.
