I want to give a special shout out to Ken, the foreman of the second crew. Not only did he and Dan work faster than expected, he also went out of his way to accomodate me and make the process as seamless and painless as possible. He called ahead to let me know when they would arrive so I could open the door. He explained the work to me in detail, he even sent me pictures to my cell phone. When they left, the place was spotless and later he gave us advice of how to air out the attic so the smell of the paint would dissipate more quickly. He even offered to have a crew come by and place one of their industrial fans for a while to speed up the process. We ended up not needing this, but the offer was more than kind.
All in all, we already notice the difference during these hot days and we can only imagine how much more comfortable we will be in the winter. We are very happy with your work.
We had a certain idea how and what we wanted to do and James advised us in what felt like a most honest and professional way. He educated us with angelic patience and found the optimal solution for us.
Both crews were exceptionally professional, respectful and helpful. They followed my requests to the T and made us comfortable leaving the house in their care.
Both crews, but especially the second one made every effort to leave the place spotless after they were done. We were very happy with the clean-up.
