Here is the area designated to be the access area before we started on digging
Here you can see how messy the old insulation was.
The old fiberglass batts had not just sagged, but many pieces had fallen.

Here is the window when we arrived to the job site. As you can see, this window needed some work.
At a first glance, it is already noticeable that this insulation is soiled an inefficient.
Prior to the work being done, the basement was filled with water and had no way of draining it.
