Our A/C unit is not cooling our home properly. The problem just started yesterday. We have no frozen pipes on our inside unit or outside unit. Could you provide an estimate for a technician to come and look at our unit and to have it serviced.

For the last 2 days my a/c has been blowing little to no air last night was able to check inside unit and found it to be frozen over. turned off unit and let coils defrost, have good air flow but house not cooling off. i cleaned both sides of the coils with a soft brush. i need to have system check was told i may have a leak in the system problem is my inside unit is in my garage which at this time is impossible to get to, does your service tech need to get to inside unit to do a system pressure check and recharge or do i need to make arrangements to clear a path to unit. right now there is no filter in unit as when unit defrosted it soaked the filter. i work in THE VILLAGES and your company comes highly recommended and it would be a pleasure to do business with you. if you can help in any way please contact me by phone at thank you for your time.
