Comment: The Weatherization Program installed a new Rudd in July 2012, my unit is not cooling, I was told that the refrigerant has somehow leaked out? My understanding is that this system has a 10-year warranty, we have been enduring great heat and I have little money, can you tell me what it would cost to come and fix it, I think it must have a leak and needs refrigerant.

Comment: Hello, I am in the process of buying a house and just tonight I was told that I need an estimate of repairs on the home that ive already had inspected a month ago from crystal clear inspectors. according to the appraisers I need an estimate in writing so I can then prove I have the funds for the repairs in order to be able to close. one of the two a units has had the capacitor stolen. the home inspector advised me that whomever stole this piece knew what they were doing and did not damage the unit in the process. if possible could you please email me as soon as possible an estimate to replace the capacitor and an estimate for a coil cleaning of the indoor handler.

Comment: I have had my 2003 Amana Heat pump inspected and found that it needs repair of leaking pipe. The costs was quoted at 1/3 of new. I would like to have your best quote on a new 4 ton unit. I don't know if one company is any better than another. Being on fixed income I would the best return on my dollar. We have a 1700 sq. ft. manufactured home.

Comment: Turned AC on this weekend for the first time this season. Thermostate appears to be okay. Air handler fan delivers air okay. Compressor and condensor fan did NOT come on. Condensor fan spins freely, no noise in fan bearings. Electrical circuit breakers appear okay; none were tripped. I would like to schedule a technician to visit ... THURSDAY morning, May 2nd.
