Bought a flipped house last June, two floors. The second floor doesn't get any heat or a/c. Ducts are in the ceiling on the second floor, likely uninsulated. One company didn't have an answer; another cleaned the ducts but that didn't really help. We're not sure what the problem is though it could be a bad duct design. Not sure how we can fix that issue.
