Park under garage with 2 bedrooms on the north and 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom on the south halves of the garage. Northeast corner bedroom is about 8 degrees colder than the one right beside it and 11 degrees colder than the ones on the south side.

Our garage get much colder in the winter than any previous homes I lived in. We try and keep the garage doors shut as much as possible, but the temp in the garage is almost always the same, or close to, the outside temperature. The bedroom above our garage is consistently 5 degrees cooler in winter and 5 degress hotter in summer than the rest of the house. Also, our gas fireplace lets in a ton of cold air in the winter, with the temperature near floor by the fireplace hovering around 40 degrees in the winter.
