  I called for an estimate on insulating my attic. Clint went above and beyond to check all areas of my home, including the crawl space. I had the crawl space encapsulated by another company January 2018. Clint found many issues with the work and drainage problems that I had no idea existed. The work that had been done previously hadn't been done correctly and over a foot of water was standing in the crawl space. Clint took pictures and a video explaining the issues. He talked with me about my options and made me feel at ease. Though I didn't end up having the insulation work done (yet), I was able to use the information Clint gave me to contact the previous company to fix their mistakes. Clint also followed up to make sure everything had been done correctly and offered to come back and check on the progress. I highly recommend this company and it's workers. This is what I call old-fashioned customer service that you don't see much anymore. Thank you, Clint Livingston, for all of your assistance and expertise.

  Green Factor Insulation came out in December and spray insulated my big horse barn. A huge shout out to Clint Livingston for guiding me through this process and determining exactly what was necessary to keep it warm in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. I cannot say enough about this company! Clint was professional and reassuring, as well as knowledgeable about what was needed. And his crew was amazing. They were meticulous, careful, kind, communicative with awesome work ethic. So here is how well this stuff works: during the sub zero temps (-25 windchill) we had before Christmas, I was able to keep the whole barn over 30 degrees with just one small radiant patio heater. And the horse stalls were above 40. This is a huge barn. The same heater could not keep an 8 x 10 building with 12” roll out insulation above 20 during the sub zero. The barn is 10 times bigger and stayed warm! Yesterday we Installed the bigger heat source and it was a balmy 70. It works! It really really works! Highly recommend!
