4 man crew, the younger members needed a little more guidance. Sam and Brandon went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I’m an engineer and particular, the transitions from the gutter to down spouts could have been more square. The conic transition piece (cone) white does not apear to match coil stock. The transition from the cone to the downspout is poor, it does not nest well. That is probably my biggest complaint, when sitting on the patio and looking up at the gutter/downspout transition it does not look professional compared to the quality of the gutter system. I am satisfied.
I didn't appreciate the crew being called to another job in the middle of mine, causing a week's delay in completing the project. I am also still waiting for completion of the gutter project.
The crew was on time and worked diligently in an attempt to complete the job that day, unfortunately the completion was delayed until after I left the house. From the picture I have there seems to be two areas of concern, first the downspout, labelled as #5 on the plan was not brought down to ground level and the downspout labelled as #4 ends right at the foundation. I was under the impression that #4 would be brought away from the house so that it terminated at the outer edge of the overhang over the K1 tank. This was to ensure the water is well away from the foundation.
