Andrew S.

Andrew, or "Sheff" as he is known, is no stranger to TC Hafford Basement Systems. Sheff formerly worked as a foreman with us for a few years, before taking on a management role in a fire, mold and water restoration company. After gaining valuable management experience, we are excited to have him back in a new capacity as our Safety & Quality Control Manager.

Sheff graduated from Liberty University, and has since completed his Basement Waterproofing Certification, Licensed Mitigation Expert, as well as a Pilot's License. His focus will be creating SOP's for the team. He is often out in the field, checking on jobs and serving his team. He loves training others, and is excited to hone in on our quality and efficiency while delivering WOW service.

When Sheff is not creating safety procedures, he loves the outdoors, shooting sports, and spending time with his family.
