From the moment the sales rep came, analyzed our 40 year old crawl space that was in disastrous condition, and presented the issues needed to save our house, we felt secure in his presentation. He answered all our questions, had taken many pictures to show us the problems, explained the steps and the professionals who would be doing the jobs in a sincere and comforting way. We were also relieved that we were able to get the funding we needed through the company. He would check in with us to see how things were going and also came to the house with the crew leader and workers to see how progress was going. From the sales person to each crew member, they were dedicated, hard working, helpful.

The call representatives were polite, helpful, well versed in what work we were having done. They would call with dates and times through each step. They were also great with answering our questions.

We cannot say enough how wonderful the crew was. Every morning they would tell us what they were working on for that day. At the end of the day told us what was completed. They never stopped working, even for a break. They were positive in their attitude which was pretty amazing considering the amount of work that needed to be done in a large area that was only about 4 feet high. Just cleaning out the area to begin the reconstruction was a huge and messy job, but they completed that step quickly and went on to do the what seemed to us impossible, but not to them.

Every day they cleaned up the outside of whatever debris was there and tools/equipment that was not being used or no longer needed. When they were completely done you would not even know they had been there. As far as the renovation goes, our crawl space looks like a ballroom!!!
