The first crew that leveled my back patio and re-grade it away from the house did an amazing job and were extremely professional. The following year, I hired the company to re-grade and level my front concrete driveway. The crew that showed up did such a poor job that they ended up Six hours late and then tried to rush the job resulting in cracking two major slabs of more than 1000 square-foot concrete driveway. That employee was subsequently let go from the company as he had caused damage to several jobs, including mine. The company was going through some staff transitions, and repeatedly my contacts were either not returned, or I was passed along to several different employees and given the runaround. Ultimately, I work directly with Matthew, who came up with the best solution to aesthetically mask, the cracks and resolve the overall product to the best ability without having to replace the driveway. As a means to improve the customer satisfaction for the poor experience, I had had with Lefty, they stained the entire front driveway as well as the back patio to Match as a way to restore the value that he had damaged. Matthew was very professional and did his absolute best. The leveling product is very effective, and I believe if Lefty had not tried to rush the job I would’ve never had any issues. Thankfully, he is no longer with the company. I would hire them again based on the overall resolution. Thank you, Matthew.
