Brian was very nice and answered all of my questions about the crack repairs saying the material dries so fast that it can't be smoothed out. He did try to sand the material a bit and suggested I paint the repair. He also fixed previous work on a wall in the basement that tc hafford had worked on. The sump pumps were in excellent shape and never have been used, water in the basement has not been a problem.

The whole procedure was with almost no stress, and Sam explained everything to me until I'd understand, even when it meant me bugging him with text questions. He never got impatient! Everyone was friendly and professional, and always ready to answer any questions as they worked. I am very happy with how it turned out, and when we had the big rain storm last weekend, I went down cellar and not a drop was leaking! But I could hear water in the drainage pipes, so knew there would be no water on my floor! It made me smile! You are a very good company to work with, and I would recommend you to anyone. I also appreciated the fact that everyone there is a good communicator, always getting right back to me if I called, and passing on the information if needed.
