Mario did a stellar job with the unexpectedly rescheduled water heater installation on Saturday. He explained everything thoroughly and with a sense of humor and personality. A day earlier Lloyd handled the initial crisis call I made when my water shut off valve would not turn off... before replacing the broken washer. In that process he noticed I had no shut off valve for the water heater. And that led to the discussion of the water heater's age.... made in 2005. I agreed that it would be smart to replace it in the following week and we set that up-- my proactive thinking that I would not have an "unexpected crisis" when it one day gave up. That very night my shower ran barely warm.... and I went to the basement to see that it was not operating at all. So thank you Lloyd for your thoughtful assessment of the whole situation. Thank you, Pipeworks and Kevin, for installing it the very next day in what surprisingly turned out to be that feared "crisis" of no hot water! Still getting my head around the timing of it all.
