Pipeworks has been to my house several times for small jobs here and there. Last week we did a 3 day job of major work and one more time the staff from scheduling to completing the work did an amazing job. The are beyond professional, upfront and honest. They treat my home and family with great respect and leave it cleaner then when they got here. They also do the extras!!! I was having issues with my washing machine...something I just asked Rick about off the cuff. He told me he would take a look. Not only did he take a look he called the company that my washing machine is made by and asked questions about the problem. He fixed it! I have had 3 other plumbers/handymen tell me I need a new one!!! And not only did he take time and energy to research and fix, but he did not charge me. I will continue to use Pipeworks for all my future plumbing needs and they will also be helping us add an additional bathroom in the future.
