Your technician was very insightful and took his time to explain the problem. Even though it was a simple fix, he took his time to make sure problem did indeed get fixed, looked over system and pointed out items not caught by others in the past. Well done! I will use your services again if needed. Your availabilty on a holiday weekend was very appreciated. It was nice to deal with a dispatcher that was understanding and didnt rush you off the phone.
