I sent an email late yesterday evening regarding our split system boiler with only one side working. They contacted me right away letting me know they work with the system we have and sent Jimmy, a service tech, to my home by 1pm. I was impressed by their promptness with the call back and ability to send someone right away. Jimmy was very professional and figured out what was wrong with my system after careful inspection, dealt with the issue and explained to me in detail what the issue was and how it was solved. It was painless for me and I am so thrilled with the customer service I will be a repeat customer.
