Zach had the old one out and installed the new one effortlessly not an easy task with an older home.
Kayla is one of the best customer service reps, I do not say that very often. She is courteous, sweet and always follows up with each call never leaving a client without updates on service calls. Paul and Mike she is a keeper ,

What made you choose our company:
We have been Client's for many years and several projects, from converting our fireplace to gas, installing a water commander backup to our sump pump, new boiler and water heater just to name a few. I chose Pipeworks after I had a meeting with Pipeworks owner Paul. Unlike other Companies I truly felt that Paul was an honest and sincere business owner who's main purpose was to make sure any job his Company was hired to do would be completed with the upmost Client Satisfaction! And I was not wrong! He stands by his word! This is a GREAT Company with very talented Employees! Thank you Paul and also Mike T, Love you guys!
