Ibn represents your company well. He is pleasant, helpful, and confident in his skills in what he is doing. He works hard and is attentive to my questions. He ordered the necessary parts in a timely manner. He spent the time needed to do the job well and checked to make sure the A/C was up and running before he left. Invoice was sent immediately as requested by us. We appreciate his working on Saturday to repair our A/C so we could keep our reservations elsewhere! Thank you, Ibn!
