Rich came to service our air conditioning and fix a leak in the system. He explained what he was going to do and then worked to get it done quickly and correctly. He was very thorough and I would definitely welcome him to do our service in the future. Rich performed the level and quality of service I expect from PipeWorks and hope he will continue to service our equipment in the future.
