Jimmy was outstanding. I had 2 appointments, one for a toilet repair and another for a Halo 5 install. Jimmy showed up on time both days which I really appreciate. He wore his shoe covers and put a drop cloth down. He was very neat and clean with both the repair and the install. Jimmy was extremely through and knowledgeable about the equipment and explained everything when done. In addition he also installed a new battery for my sump pump.
