The call representative - the woman I spoke with on the phone at the Hyde Park, NY, office - she was clear, polite, friendly, and professional all at once. All my questions were answered before I could even ask them. She is the only reason I went with Expediant. Other places I'd called couldn't answer a simple question. You should give that woman a raise.
