Job review from Kathy in Oneida, NY 13421 on 03/19/14

I had my audit about 3 weeks ago and they determined that my furnace was not useable so my application went in as a no heat application. I also have 2 children in the house with me and it is in the middle of winter, but here I am 3 weeks later and I still don't even have an appointment for them to replace my furnace. I have no furnace in my house and this is taking forever. I call and check in all the time, but no one tells me anything ever. I just feel that is a terrible thing to do to someone who doesn't have any heat, small children and it's winter. This is considered an emergency and it's taking so long...I couldn't imagine if it wasn't an emergency how long it would take.
