It was a challenging week of moving in to a new manufactured home being on the phone with NYSEG, literally on hold for hours trying to set up things...it was nice to work with Halco and John the tech who came to do the work. No on hold for hours, friendly and professional office staff and they moved things around to get John back the next day when the NYSEG representative was not too pleasant to deal with. Thank you very much for your prompt, courteous and professional service. I appreciate all that your company did to help me out in a very hard situation with NYSEG. Thank you to everyone involved in the process!!
Halco was awesome in getting a tech to my home for a gas pressure test, he was very professional and personable. Even when he had to come back the next day and hand a disgruntled NYSEG employee, he was very kind and handled the situation with great care and professionalism.
