very old retro-fit with many unpredictable issues and, hence, a complicated project (attic work, basement sealing, air-crete under sub-floors, water heater and boiler work)...they stuck with it, made it work and kept our satisfaction foremost in their decisions at all times...looking forward to our house being warm this winter!!!
