Great. Found out I am covered under the 10-year warranty because I'm on Halco's monthly serve plan. Did not have to pay anything for the call or the parts and repair!

Very polite, knowledgeable, efficient. So far, every Halco person who has been to my house gets along with dogs, which is nice since so many homeowners have dogs. It makes everything easier.
