There is upward mobility at Triple H. Many of the crew members become crew leads, then foreman, then project managers, then move to sales, if they are interested. There are also back-office functions within accounting, marketing and project administration that provide opportunities for career advancement.

Proper licensing, GL and Workers Compensation insurance are fastidiously maintained. Jill runs the company without cutting corners. Everything is done to protect the business, the staff and ultimately the customers. Triple H was incorporated in 1999 and has its sights on at least another 20 years! Many contractors don’t have the longevity that Triple H already enjoys.

Jill has two children and a dog, April, that she brings to work every day.
