What did they learn that was most surprising:

Almost 3 years ago, GSM installed a mini-split, AC/heat system in our sunroom. When I turned on the AC, a few weeks ago; it would not cool. The major parts were covered under warranty, but the entire cost of the repair was not. After speaking with Service Mgr, Mark Benton and Mark discussing it with the owners; GSM covered a very expensive repair at no cost to me. GSM takes customer service to a higher level. Many thanks to Service Mgr, Mark Benton and the owners of GSM. A special thank you goes out to Service Technician, Robert Shook and his fellow Technicians, Scott and Cora, who together diagnosed and repaired the system. Thanks again to all, Robert and Maria Mack
