No surprises here, just professional knowledgeable technician who: arrived on time, was neat and clean, identified himself and the company, was considerate of our home, performed his assigned tasks quickly and efficiently. Prior to starting, Brad ask a few questions about our needs/concerns, did his thing, and then followed up with an explanation as to what was done and what he found. Kudos to Brad and all of the GSM Team.
