Recent job requests for Dr. Energy Saver in Greensboro, NC:

Project Location: Beechmont Ct, Greensboro, 27410

Comment: We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and the upstairs unit seems to blow the majority of the air into one room. Right now when running the a/c one room is extremely cold, one seems to be just right and then the master doesn't seem to get any air at all. The thermostat is also in the master, so the unit runs constantly. Curious to see why there is such a discrepancy by room and if the duct work needs to be reconfigured for better efficiency. We just moved in, so I'd have to assume the issue would be the same for the heat during winter.

Project Location: N Elam Ave, Greensboro, 27403

Comment: 1940 house with a second floor addition from maybe the 1970's which is poorly insulated and attic insulation

Project Location: 2027, Lynwood Drive, Greensboro, 27406

Comment: We need insulation blown into the in a 12 x 20 sunroom we winterized.

Project Location: Watercrest Dr, Greensboro, 27407

Comment: I wanted to have an estimate for sealing air leaks in my house.

Project Location: Bardwell Road, Greensboro, 27410

Comment: Older home with low insulation. I'd like to get an estimate for air sealing and re-insulating the attic space. We'd like to save on our energy costs year round and have better indoor living conditions.

Project Location: Marigold Way, Greensboro, 27410

Comment: We can feel cold air and even wind coming from our electrical outlets on the ground floor of our townhouse. There does not appear to be any insulation between the foundation walls. We want to see about having the foundation walls sealed with spray insulation, and possibly the entire foundation.

Project Location: Country Walk Lane, Greensboro, 27407

Comment: Our home has air leaks and poor insulation. We have a fireplace in our den that blows cold air all winter, and the bonus room is always much colder than the rest of the house. We had Duke Energy come by and they told us that our garage isn't insulated. We had our stairs replaced and at one point we could feel cold air coming from gaps in the treads. We need someone to look at our home for leaks and efficiency, and to assess our HVAC units.
