Call Representative

Took over 4 weeks after my 30% deposit check cleared the bank before my job was scheduled. Made multiple calls and was told that they would call me back and never did. once the job was scheduled they had me scheduled for the wrong day. I would have liked to been home when the work was done ,but was unable to be do to the fact that we did not show up on the date the job was scheduled for. they showed up one day later. Job was done but i was not able to be there.
