Gary joined The Drying Company team in 2019, bringing an exceptional depth of experience with over 30 years in the Construction Industry and 17 years in Real Estate. His technical expertise is foundational, having served as Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing and co-founding AquaGuard Waterproofing in 1990—a company he proudly built from scratch at age 26. He also held a Maryland Home Improvement License for over 30 years. Gary’s extensive history ensures that he only proposes solutions that are truly needed, maintaining a high standard of trust with every client. His favorite thing about the job is meeting with people and providing solutions to their needs. In his free time, Gary enjoys watching sports and true crime shows.
