your call representative was very responsive, knowledgeable, pleasant and knew just who I should speak to when I called.
Sales Process
He was very good but I believe he should have better explained what would be done and the payment plan,
Our Installation Crew
Justin and Bryan were very good, but BRYAN WAS EXCEPTIONAL. Bryan is more than just a worker - he is a designer, installer, and personal manager. he knew what was needed and has the technical knowledge to make it happen. Although he works alone he accomplishes what would normally take a crew of four in the time allocated. Bryan is a very valuable asset - don't lose him.
The Cleanup Process
After Bryan completed the job he cleaned up to the point where the average person would not know what work was done. He did much better than I could have done.
