Comment: I have a problem with a few of my vent ducts. I am not getting any airflow out of about half of the vents. So the back of my house stays really warm while the front stays pretty cool. I assume its a broken, or clogged air duct. Overall its livable but not really ideal. All of the ducts are under the house accessible via the crawlspace. I am wondering how much it would cost to fix my issue.

Comment: Condo built in 70's. Antiquated HVAC unit (Fredders Unit...?) Just had the coils cleaned by managment, but my 1100 sq ft, two floor space electric bill is still near that of my original single family property. Windows are relatively new and appear adequate & functional. The only exhaust is kitchen vent and bathroom. Otherwise - HVAC is only blowing air. No appearant humidifier capability built in. Was calling for a standard Duct Cleaning company until I saw your ad. Those guys didn't have the courtesy to return my telephone msg. Thanks & look forward to working with you Additional information: Interested in: Free Estimates For Replacements and Upgrades Selected services: Insulation, Heating & Cooling, Ductwork

Comment: We moved into this house in May 2011. Our bills have been coming high and called the Dominion utility and they suggested to get our duct work checked as they also felt that the way we are setting up our thermostat the consumption should not be that high. We have two zone geothermal unit. I would like to get an estimate on how much the inspection will cost me.
