Comment: Hvac ducts as well as air handler for closed loop - geothermal hvac are in vented attic. Is it wise to enclose the hvac mechanical equipment by building an insulated partition wall to separate from vented attic space?

Comment: I want to replace a 50gal LP gas stored water heater located in the attic of my home with an LP gas tankless system efficient enough to handle 3 bathrooms. My home is on a well system with softener and I have had odor problems. I've replaced anodes with aluminum/zinc alloy and only had temporary results. Will the hydrogen sulfide gas (odor) problems occur with a tankless system?
