Comment: I am trying to sell my father's house as part of his estate. It is a short sale, so unless there's moisture damage, the house is selling 'as-is'. However, the crawl space is in pretty bad shape (I don't think there's mold there, but the fiberglass insulation is all falling down- essentially failed; and the vapor barrier is not creating a sealed floor for the crawl space). If the moisture test comes back positive and we have to do something about it, I would love to know how much it would cost to property fix it- that is, have your company seal the crawl space. The house is 1,777 sqft (though this includes the upstairs and the garage). So assuming it comes back that it needs to be fixed, about how much would it cost to fully and properly fix this issue? Thanks.

Comment: Attic & crawl space insulation needs updated. Both have insulated duct work. Attic also has air handler. Wondering if closed cell foam insulation would be a better choice.
