Comment: Hi, we are having significant condensation and heat loss issues in some areas including a bedroom closet and an HVAC intake. At this point, we would really like both to resolve those specific problems and also to ensure that no other insulation problems are forming elsewhere. We are also concerned about the wall between the uninsulated (wish it were insulated) garage and our laundry room, which gets pretty cold. Finally, some of our casement-style windows and frames are forming a lot of condensation. We would appreciate scheduling an estimate, and possibly an energy assessment if advisable, at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Comment: Starting to work on finishing basement and notice lack of insulation in rim joists. Also our living room never gets above 65 degrees when using the Gas Furnace. In the summer the main living area and bedrooms gets humid. the Nest reads around 60 humidity which gets uncomfortable and we need to run the AC to drop the humidity level. We do have a dehumidifier in the basement. Interested to see what we could do to improve the comfort of our home. Thank you.

Comment: Thinking of adding insulation to attic or what improvements could be made to help house be more energy efficient. Home as built in 2002 and we purchased it in 2004. Just looking for estimates at what various things would cost to make our home more efficient. Also with those costs what energy programs would we get money back and how much if improvement were made.

Comment: I want to get a thermal scan of house to look for possible areas that may need updating of insulation or injected insulation down the road. The main living area, living room and kitchen area always seems cold, Vaulted ceilings. I suspect that the coldness is due to either lack of enough insulation in ceiling or walls or it's super old and breaking down.
