This homeowner in Torrington, CT called us because he wanted to get his window wells replaced. He already knew about our SunHouse™ window enclosures and was determined to have them for his home. He had been living in his home for 12 years, and the window wells had come with the house. They were rusting, as well as collecting water during heavy rains. This rainwater was then leaking into his basement.

We were able to help this customer! We replaced the old, rusty window wells with our SunHouse™ window enclosures. We removed the old and rusty window wells. They addressed the main problem this customer was having -- flooding window wells -- with a clear cover that was fitted over the enclosure. This prevents most water from getting in. It also helped him with his secondary issue, which is that they were unattractive. This customer in Torrington, CT called us hoping to get help with her apartment. The previous tenant had a bad leak in the bathroom that had been patched, but not fully resolved, with it leaking consistently for at least one year. When she moved in 6 years later, she stated that the floor was "mushy", and she suspected she had a bad mold issue. We were able to help this customer! We started by ripping out the moldy floor and removing the tub. We additionally removed the drywall on the bottom parts of the walls, which had mold.
