We decided to select Dr Energy when we met Mike to discuss the best resolutions to our moisture problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. We have a few areas of concern and discussed which of the concerns were highest on our list. We first decided to replace our sump pump, which was a shallow open pit, with standing water in it, with a fully enclosed sump system that was totally encased. We also found our dehumidifier was far short of dehumidifying our house, so Mike suggested a whole house dehumidifier/air filter. In addition, we had major air leaks around the rim joyce and Mike said we were getting a lot of humidity from those areas, and recommended a foam insulator to be sprayed in.The service team that came were Brett, Billy, and Hunter.They worked together like a well oiled machine. Brett was the Crew chief. Hunter started by covering all areas to protect them from spraying the foam. As they did certain parts of the job, Brett and Billy explained to me what they were doing, and how with the changes they were making, would be so beneficial to our dampness and health concerns.  Billy, when he did the spray in foam, he took his time and made sure every nook and cranny was completely filled with foam.  They were very immaculate making sure the entire area was returned to the same condition as when they arrived.  With additional work remaining to be done, without hesitation we will have them do additional work for us.

Pleasantly surprised to see how well the installation team worked. It's like the right hand knows what the left hand is doing. Like they had been working together as a team for a loooooonnnnngggg time!

Bill is the man. Great guy to have represent your company.Great guys. Angel, David and Jay were really good at communicating what they were doing and right off the bat I had complete confidence they knew what they were doing. Great clean up, put all the drop down ceiling back.

A couple of months ago we were looking to have insulation installed and I put out a Facebook call for recommendations. I got quite a few. One company we called took weeks to call back, came over and then kept promising to get us an estimate. It took so long that we started looking elsewhere. Dr. Energy Saver was suggested, we called, Bill Wert came over and talked through the process (which was cheaper and simpler than what the other company was going to do). In less than two weeks the work was started. It was done in two days. Jason Rode and his crew were terrific. Very professional. Of course, only time will tell whether our house will be warmer. They asked for a recommendation and we are happy to give it.

The crew was on time, totally committed to customer satisfaction, very clean and professional.

Before my install I received a package in the mail that contained information about what and who to expect during my installation. We were very impressed by this. Knowing exactly who was going to be entering my home made me very comfortable with Dr Energy Saver. Ron and the installation crew were great! They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Receiving a phone call from Shawna at the end of the installation shows how much caring Dr Energy Saver is about their customers.
