This Sussex County Delaware resident now enjoys warmer floors after the Dr. Energy Saver Crawlspace Encapsulation. A new vapor barrier was installed and the vents were sealed. With a SaniDry Dehumidifier this crawlspace maintains an even, safe humidity level preventing mold and moisture damage.

We installed one of our David Lewis Hatch Covers.  With an R-Value (resistance to heat flow) of R20 this light weight cover will prevent that cold air flow in the winter.

This Wicomico County home was built with a poured crawlspace but the homeowner found that even a concrete crawlspace still allows ground moisture through. The Dr. Energy Saver Team removed all the old Wall Insulation and 6mil floor liner.
