We performed a ductwork insulation install for this home.  This prevents heat from escaping in the winter and cold air in the summer, which will cut down on energy costs.

The bathroom fan wasn't properly ventilated, so moisture was just building up in the attic. We installed roof vents and connected them to bathroom fans.  This prevented moisture from going up into the attic, which would cause mold.   The homeowner was very happy with a job well done.  

A customer had some stairs that were very squeaky and cold during their morning trips to the kitchen. We caulked and spray foamed the stairs to insulate them from the cold basement and also to provide some sound-deadening qualities. The customers asked us to run and jump on the stairs because they could not believe how quiet they were after we were done. Needless to say, this customer was thrilled with the results!
