Comment: One attic space leaking air due to can lights and 2 bathroom vents that vent into the attic. soffits recently cleaned and baffle installed around them. Moisture found in the attic with slight hyperallergenic mold present and being cleaned. Cellulose blown in in 1974 and then extra insulation added sometime in 90's (estimated time)-not by us as we are the current owners. Looking for consult and estimate to have attic sealed properly to reduce the moisture in area. This attic space is around 450sq feet. Thank you
