Homeowner originally had LeafGuard gutters installed in 2010.  They had storm damage in the Summer of 2016.  We replaced them in July of 2016.

This beautiful home in Ankeny was in need of a new roof. The homeowner was unhappy with the lifespan of his original builder-grade roof. The builder-grade roofing material had made it through 10 years of midwest weather and was showing signs of wear. Our solution was to upgrade his roof to GAF's Advanced Protection® Shingle Technology, which reduces the use of natural resources while providing excellent protection for his home. The homeowner chose, Charcoal Gray GAF Grand Sequoia® Shingles. The new roof creates a realistic wood-shake look that adds visual impact and instant curb appeal.

We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful home in Ankeny, IA. The homeowner was experiencing poor drainage and overshooting from his open-style gutters. Our solution was upgrading to LeafGuard's patented one-piece system and extra-large 3” x 4” downspouts to handle even the heaviest rainfalls.
