The push piers work to stabilize the settling concrete by driving steel piers down into bedrock to prevent shifting. PolyLevel is an environmentally friendly foam injection that is then installed underneath of the concrete to fill voids and help provide lift until the concrete is level again.

Polylevel is a quick and effective solution for lifting and leveling sinking concrete. We drilled small, strategically placed holes in the garage floor and injected the Polylevel foam underneath. The foam expanded, filling voids and raising the concrete back to its original position. Once the floor was level, we sealed the holes, leaving the surface smooth and ready for use. It's a durable, long-lasting fix that avoids the hassle of replacing the concrete entirely.

Upon arrival at the home, our installation crew got started on sealing these cracks by preparing the area surrounding each crack; using a coarse brush to remove any debris. Next, an initial layer of sealant was laid within each crack. This was covered by a foam core and a second layer of sealant to hold the core in place. This structure known as a FlexiSpan seal will lock out any leaking moisture while also maintaining flexibility to adhere to the crack even if the wall should shift slightly over time. With the cracks in their basement sealed with FlexiSpan, this homeowner can now make use of their basement without water causing damage to their property.
